Need approval of forward deployed inventory

I am from Pakistan and want to do drop shipping on ebay by using CJ drop shipping ..How should I apply for forward deployed inventory?

It is not forward deployment, it is a service for sellers who drop ship.

Maybe Ebay knows it and will refuse approval, maybe they don't and when you fail to meet BBE requirements, you will be prevented from selling on Ebay.com.

In the meantime, CJ Dropshipping will make a profit on you, whether you sell anything or not.
