Need advice (first time seller)
So I've got this basketball card that I'd like to sell that's worth a fair amount, I've never sold anything on eBay before. I guess I'm just wondering what I need to do to make sure things go right in terms of listing and shipping and all that and what to expect (payment etc)? I contacted a local card place but they told me they aren't buying anything right now. Also, I saw something about this service called eBay vault but this would probably just be a one time thing (do I need to sign up for that too I have no idea what that even is).

·2 years agoI would not recommend you start selling on ebay with a card that is worth $2,000. Ebay will hold your funds for at least 30 days after the sale and maybe more. New sellers have a waiting period on your funds on all your sales. You need to read the policy for new sellers. I do not know how cards sales are now but i am sure someone can give you more information about the card category.

OP2 years agoYeah I need to just look into Facebook marketplace. I don't have a Facebook account so I posted it on Craigslist but got little to no offers.
