If you're trying to list in a category where UPC is required, then add the UPC. If there are no tags and it's preowned you should be able to enter Does not apply in the UPC field.
Clothing categories do not require UPC. In what category are you trying to list?

Apparently you are being requested to provide the UPC (barcode number) on the item, before eBay will permit you to list the item.

·1 year agoThe other possibility is they entered a UPC that's not valid so it's kicking out an error.
