ebay has put a restriction on my account that has a 100% sellers rate due to selling costs i paid them and now would like to get my money out with my usual payout method however it is saying that i cannot due to account restrictions when i go to sell something its okay but getting paid isnt? whats happening on my 100%account with a restriction since feb... help if this restriction is a technical issue or im being restricted for a specific reason that i want to know but it claims also my account is in good standing tooo???

Your FB is 99% - this does not matter.
Im not sure why your account was restricted.
You say do to selling costs and you paid them.
Have you read about Payment Holds?
New and infrequent sellers can have up to 30 day holds.
I would assume eBay also puts holds on sellers who have issues covering costs.
eBay would rather refunds and other costs come from you and not them so they will put holds on payments for sellers who are having issues until eBay decides the seller is on the right track.

·4 months agoJust because you have 100% feedback doesn't mean you are exempt from ebay's rules.
Why don't you take some time to look around this forum, there are literally hundreds of threads about ebay's payment holds and why they exist.
