My company account got banned for seemingly no reason and eBay support mails are replied to by a bot
Hello, I've already been through some frustration, as i tried contacting eBay support with multiple ways, through different mail categories, through phone number, but nothing gets picked up, replied to by a human, or is just unavailable.
I started my account just 2 days ago, it was called 'cadmiumadmin' before it was deleted.
First thing I did after all the form filling and verification, I put up a new listing for a lab chemical Phenol.
Phenol is a common dangerous lab chemical, that's why i took all the precautions I could before listing it.
I noticed it is already sold on here with no problem, that's why I don't know why it could cause any problems to me.
Just one hour after listing '1kg Phenol', my account got permanently banned for 'Harmful and Dangerous' policy, with no more explanation.
What should I do? I cannot contact them in any way and it seems like this forum post is my only hope.

·3 years agoThere is nothing you can do. Your other name is NARU. This name will also be banned.
For those countries using Payoneer for Managed Payments it takes 2-4 weeks to get approved to sell after joining eBay and linking a Payoneer account. Payoneer lets you know right away when you're successfully linked but that doesn't mean you're all set to sell. You need to wait for email from eBay sayingcyour selling accountis activated and your're all set. They'll give you your selling limits and categories.
I have no idea why your listing violated policy. Maybe you were offering International shipping and it's not allowed in the International mail, or you failed to disclose something required. Have no idea. For certain though is at this point it doesn't matter why eBay removed it. They won't tell you.
As soon as they're aware you made another name it's going to be suspended.
