I will add...plus you do not want to respond to any emails either. Only communicate within eBay. It is ok to see an email, but use that only as a notification to go to your HUB or my eBay for any follow up. Stay away from opening or responding to emails
What that means is you as the seller have the option to send out offers for that item to potential buyers. A potential buyer is some who is watching the item, has the item in their cart, or has viewed the listing more then twice. It doesnt actually mean they will buy the item or even accept your offer, but it gives you the option to send an offer and potentially create a sale.
