I’m the seller. When I printed the Ebay shipping label, put it on the package, and dropped it at UPS to ship, I was falsely charged for shipping by UPS because there wasn’t a tracking number on the Ebay shipping label. That’s never happened before and I was in a rush so I just paid. UPS says that the package was sent by them to my buyer and not the authentication center, where eBay’s different tracking number for this same item says it’s been shipped to. I need to know if it’s in transit to be delivered to the buyer or if it’s in transit to go to authentication. I need to know if this package is going to go through authentication so therefore I can access my funds. I shipped this package on April 11 at 9 AM. This is ridiculous and I will not be using eBay or UPS anymore.

If you just paid for the label at the UPS store what does the tracking show for that tracking number and what address is associated with that label? You shipped with signature receipt so watch for that to be completed.
I know this may be frustrating for you, but be patient, we are all trying to understand and until we do, it isn't likely we can help.
Tell us EXACTLY the steps you took to get the shipping label on Ebay. Don't leave anything out.
Also go to your Managed Payment account and look at the detail charges and tell us if there was any charge for this label. If there was a charge, how much was it. You can find that info in the link below on the right side. Just keep scrolling until you find the transaction.

You managed to purchase and print a UPS label through Ebay and it came out with no tracking number?

I am having problem with this post also. OP is claiming the label had no tracking number which would also have meant it had no bar code to scan either. The only thing it would have had would have been the address information which I assume would have been the address of the authenticator. Too many missing pieces of information in the post to figure out what the issue is or what happened.
You might be surprised to learn that, if you embellish your message with details, we might be able to help you. However, if you prefer that we remain in the dark, please do not be surprised if you receive no useful replies.
This post is extremely unhelpful to any of us here. What are you looking for? Why is it lost? What is it you lost? Are you a seller or a buyer? If you can't find it, I seriously doubt anyone else here won't be able to find it either. Perhaps you could come back and provide some more info so that people can help.
If you give zero details it is difficult for us to give you any useful answers.
Does this have something to do with your Best Offer sale of an $830 necklace?

If it is related to the listing of the David Yurman necklace, did you send it to the authenticators? Did it get to the authenticators? Were any of the pictures in the listing your own pictures? None appear to be of the actual item.

Do you mean that you need to find it to fulfill the sale that you made on April 10? I'm confused...

Are you the buyer or the seller?
Did you lose it around your home or office?
Was it lost in transit?
Details, we can't help without them.

^^^ This is also my kneejerk reaction. Which makes me wonder, @kensgiftshop, if the OP needs to update the tracking #?
kensgiftshop
·2 years agoYa, if they didn't use the original label, they should update the tracking number.
Hope they paid for SC when they bought the new label.
