Free to list if you know what you're doing and no fees at all if it doesn't sell. I have some unsolds that I've never had to pay for (yet, fingers crossed).
Are there strong feelings about "local" book authors using ebay? I'm okay with it. Should they pay fees if it sells, well yeah.
Are you referring to a local book author listing and selling his/her own books on eBay?
Why not? And how would anyone know that I am listing and selling my own books here until/unless you purchased one and saw my return address on the package?

I have no opinion on the subject one way or another.

Why not?
So far as I know, there is no eBay discrimination against any particular legal vocation.
And several of my past book and magazine sales have been the authors (or their relatives) of the items sold.

·5 months agoI feel like it's another venue to try and sell their book on. It's free and worth putting it out there...
