I’m guessing that you’re running into a message saying that you are restricted from listing in the category you have chosen. eBay places limits on new sellers, which for sellers based in the US is usually only on the number and price of their listings, but for sellers in other countries often restricts categories where problems are more common and the risk is high.
You should list something different for now, something small, low value, and easy to ship. You should build up a history of good sales of those types of items, both to show eBay that you can handle online selling and to get yourself experience with eBay’s policies.
Then, once you have established yourself, they will usually allow you to begin listing in the categories that were restricted previously.

·8 months agoYou just signed up. You need to get signed up with Payoneer and approved by them before even think about selling. That can take several weeks.

You need to start at the bottom and work your way up to list in that category.
List and sell other items and get a little experience.
