Item not showing delivered.

I sold an item to a customer and they asked if they could pick it up, which I said was okay. When they arrived they paid cash for the item which I processed and it showed as paid on ebay. The problem now is the item still shows that it hasn't been delivered. It's been more than 30 days and I'm not sure what to do about it. I contacted the buyer several times to see if there is anywhere on her order that she can click to say she has received the item. She has looked several times and keeps saying there isn't, of which I believe her.
How do I get to show the item has been delivered? I have all the details in our chat history. Do I need to contact ebay to get them to adjust this?

For a listing that wasn't listed as "local pickup," ebay expects a shipment and tracking number.
Normally when listings are posted as "local pickup," there's a QR code that gets scanned and that's what updates the system. Since you and the buyer went outside that procedure, there's no way to change it now.
But there shouldn't be a problem. If it's more than 30 days past the EDD (estimated delivery date) as shown in the order, it's too late for the buyer to file INR (item not received) nor does it sound like the buyer will lie about non-receipt.
In the future, if items are available for local pickup, you need to list them that way and the buyer needs to choose that option when they purchase.
At this point, there's nothing ebay can do to adjust this.

·2 months agoHow did this get resolved? I'm having the same issue now. USPS tracking shows delivered. Buyer says she received and wore the item, yet Ebay has it marked "undelivered." I tried using the Ebay chat but it was NO help.
