Subject: Issue with Promoted Listings Options Not Showing on My Listing
Dear eBay Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding my active listings. I want to promote my items to increase their visibility, but the Promoted Listings (General and Priority) options are completely missing and not showing up on my listing dashboard.
As shown in the standard eBay interface for the "Cases, Covers & Skins" category, there should be options for:
General Campaign: (Pay only when the item sells, approx. 90% more visibility)
Priority Campaign: (Advanced targeting, priority ranking, pay per click, approx. 170% more visibility)
However, these toggle buttons and settings are not visible to me. Could you please look into my account or listing eligibility and help me resolve this technical issue so I can start promoting my products?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your quick response.
Best regards,
janet9988
