intermediate warehouse agreement

When I uploaded my products to eBay, they asked me to sign a warehouse agreement. I sent this agreement to whappeals@ebay.com. They sent me a form, which I filled out, but I haven't received a response for a week.

In other words you are dropshipping.

You have a contract with a supplier who gives you pictures and descriptions. When you find a buyer, the supplier packages and ships.

This is allowed by eBay.

You have no control over the pictures, the description, the packaging, or the shipping service.

The supplier may or may not have the product in stock when you place your customer's order.

The product may or may not be shipped from the USA. It may have to first be shipped to the USA from the manufacturer who may be in yet another country.

If the product is not as described or is not received, eBay will hold you responsible for the pictures, the description, the packaging, and the shipping.
None of which you control.

The products are stored and shipped within the US by my own inventory provider. As the seller, I am fully responsible for product inventory and the ordering process. Being in Turkey does not prevent me from using the warehouse in the US.

It will if eBay doesn't like your fulfillment source. It doesn't matter if you filled one out or not, eBay has to trust it...if they don't you may never hear from them.

You are in Turkey but your items are (claimed to be) coming from South Carolina. Do you already own the items or do you plan to buy and ship them after buyers make purchases?
