I did this once with a bare PS1: rounded up a power cable, remote and a couple of games (easily available and cheap) and sold it as a working system right out of the box. Made a little profit too. It IS a sellable item if it works because they made so many great games that are still out there. But a bare console needs a little boost. I would maybe go that route.
Before you start to sell on Ebay, you should learn how to buy on Ebay. By that I mean understanding all the filters and features available to buyers to get the best product at the best price. Once you know how people find an item, you can help them find yours. I had bought hundreds of items on Ebay before I tried selling and I'm kind of glad I did. It saved me from making a lot of early seller mistakes.
Is this your only selling account? After seeing your feedback, it looks like this is your first effort at selling on eBay. Your question lead me to believe you probably have multiple items listed and they are not selling.
As it is, you just listed this one item today. With respect, not enough time has elapsed for you to complain about no sales. Your auction doesn’t end for 6 more days and twenty hours from now.
I am wondering: did you just want more eyes on your item?
You currently have only one item listed and it's a used electronic item with "no returns". Since this is a very common item and buyers can check-off NR and other variables, there are still many left to pick from and the "non-returnables" basically disappear from view.
Is there a reason they can't send it back if there is a problem? Normally electronics listing say if they were at least tested and works or not. Was it tested? It just doesn't look like a good gamble to a buyer when the field is so wide.

You don't understand why no one is paying $90 for a used PS2 console that they can buy elsewhere on eBay with controllers and cables for $70?
