I want a solution for my account restriction."
Hello colleagues, I need a solution. My account has been permanently restricted, and I don’t know what the issue is. I am a beginner on the eBay selling platform, and I need help. I cannot add or edit anything, and all my funds amounting to $65 have been suspended. What should I do?
Your account is currently limited due to suspicious activity.{e263527-1141983x}

How about the fact that you cancel sales and your items are not received by the buyer. Lots of refunds even with the positive feedback.
THATS WHY.
ETA.....Plus you give out your X account to do sales in your about section.

·1 year agoLook my friend. Dropshipping is a possible business but it takes serious work to get it right.
(1) Do you have a direct relationship with the wholesaler, or are you using some retail arbitrage service like autods? Using autods is seriously guaranteed to get you banned because it's against the eBay terms as it is actually retail arbitrage not true dropshipping. And eBay is cracking down on it right now, for example they banned bluecare express as a tracking method to counter autods sellers because it hides the ship from location. Which goes to point #2:
(2) Do you have a system in place to make sure your ship from addresses are accurate? eBay tracks where you say you are shipping from on each listing, and if it isn't accurate they ban you.
(3) Can you trust the wholesaler to ship within 2 days or less? If not you are screwed as the long shipping delays are going to reek havoc on your feedback and also buyers are going to open return cases like crazy.
(4) Do you have systems in place to monitor the stock levels of the wholesaler? Otherwise you are going to sell things when they are out of stock, forcing you to cancel orders which results in account defects.
(5) eBay is primarily a US marketplace so any vendor you choose to sell should also be in the US to meet shipping estimates. Shipping from China is asking for trouble.
(6) Returns are going to happen so you need a system in place with the wholesaler to deal with them. Just shipping an item from someplace random might sound like easy money but it's going to be a problem when you have an issue with the buyer. Either that or you need to be able to receive the return to your own address, taking the loss and hoping you can resell the item later. Since you live in Palestine that might not be possible for you, but you could use a US fulfillment service to take back your returns and hold them for you for reshipment.
I gave you info on how to contact eBay but not sure they are going to remove the restriction.
You might start again on some other platform since there are other options other than eBay, but I would make sure you do things right next time.

I checked prices on a few of your listed brand name items. You are selling multiples of identical goods new-in-box for way under current market values. That can trigger a review of your account.
@saboe-7939 Did eBay ask you for receipts or documents supporting the legitimacy of your business and how your items were acquired? Did you provide them?

·1 year agoThen i am afraid you could be done here, @saboe-7939 . Usually a document request gives you an opportunity to appeal the restriction if you can prove you’re legit. Very sorry, although i still see active listings?

·1 year agoYou are in Israel and you have had three negatives out of only ten sales, all about undelivered purchases.
EBay doesn't want sellers who are so poor at customer service.
It is my experience that most unhappy customers will go for Claim and refund, rather than leaving feedback. Those who leave feedback are equally unhappy, but just don't know how to make a Claim for a refund.
So that 80% FB rating is likely more optimistic than reality.

They literally can't do that because they are in palestine, not the most stable part of the world. Dropshipping is possible if they do it right, but maybe not on eBay anymore.

·1 year agosome hinky feedback there.
"no hidden costs" on 99 cent items that actually sell for much more.
(one is $499.99)(BIN price revised twice)

·1 year agoEBay will not provide you the exact reason for the restriction but I suspect it has something to do with your current feedback and your seller rating level. Take a look at your seller level and see what the following look like.
You are in Israel so you also fall under the Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) metrics. Your feedback currently is only 80% positive which is really poor. There is nothing wrong with drop shipping and a lot of sellers do it but there are policies that must be followed and eBay holds you responsible as the seller for delivery of the items. There is no way I would rely on any company shipping items out of China to be on-time with delivery or even manage to keep their items in stock. FYI you still have 55 items listed that you may want to end IMMEDIATELY before something else sells and there are more issues.
The policy on drop shipping follows you should read through the policy and see where you may be in error. Drop shipping is a VERY risky venture.

Me too, shipping from China is way too risky.

You cannot be shipping from China and Israel at the same time.
You should have items on hand to sell.

Resides in Israel supposed warehouse in China that ships by way of Colorado. You are the very definition of a drop shipper.

No, the OP has a permanent restriction, he cannot list anymore than what he has, nor can he edit the ones that are listed as the OP state in his opening post. His funds are also on hold.

Right but it's not against eBay terms if you do it right, so what does that matter?
But looking at his feedback ratio it is 80%, which is pretty dismal so I wonder if that is the reason.
