I need help with my account restrictions

I have recently been emailed saying "Building a trusted marketplace is our first priority. As such, we suspend any account that poses a risk to that trust. Your account has been suspended because the pattern of activities we have witnessed present a risk to our eBay community" . from eBay support but all i did was upload a shirt of an emoji face

Can I create another account or am I permanently banned just for selling that t shirt

After all that time all I got back was

As previously mentioned, this restriction is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying or selling activities on eBay. In addition, any other accounts that you own, or that are associated with this account, will also be restricted.

While we know this isn't the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision.

According to what you posted above as received from "Amit," it sounds like they suspect something that ebay frowns on.

I'm curious @fabrixco . Was the listing an auction or a fixed price/BIN listing? If auction, is there's a chance that there was some questionable bidding going on?

Also, for the photo(s) you uploaded to the listing, were they your own pictures of the shirt or did you use pictures that you found elsewhere, either from another seller or another site?

It was buy now listing and was only up for about an hour

And the shirt image was copyright free
