You are from Pakistan and must link a Payoneer account for payouts. It takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your selling account after successfully linking your Payoneer account. Payoneer lets you know right away if you're successfully linked. Then eBay will send you an email in a few weeks to a month when you're all set. While you wait to be approved go to eBay Academy. It's free.
That’s because it’s called “Create Listingâ€. It’s found under the “Listings†tab in the seller hub on desktop. In the app I have no idea since I only use my PC or laptop.
