I am running a successful business with Amazon and I want to run the same business with this platform too. Is it possible?

Are you located here in the US or somewhere else? Just as long as you sell the items that you list here from eBay are delivered to the customer by eBay and NOT Amazon. 3rd party retail arbitrage is a huge violation and will get you shut down. The same applies on Amazon. If you sell from eBay, make sure your orders come from eBay, not Amazon.

OP mentions "affiliate" in their post subject. That means they're not selling anything. They're posting affiliate links on their website and earning commission on sales generated through those links. See my above post for eBay's version of the Amazon Affiliate program.
