How can I get refunded for eBay cards came close to getting scamed

I'm in need of a car the seller required eBay cards for payment before it gets delivered to my house I investigated and turns out to be a scam now I can't get a car without getting refunded so where can I go with my receipt to get refunded

If the scammer got your codes for the gift cards, the money is gone forever.

If you have the cards and codes, they can be spent on eBay.

Be glad you dodged a bullet and found out about the scam before losing your money completely.

I doubt you'll find any store willing to give refunds on gift cards.

I think you've got a bunch of eBay cards to spend here or give as gifts... as retailers usually make gift card sales final.

Be very glad that you didn't give these numbers to anyone else. At least they'll still have their value. Good going!
