Help Needed With My eBay Seller Account and Funds
My family and I have been using eBay as buyers since 2012. In December 2025, I started selling there independently. At the beginning, my payouts were held for 30 days. I accepted this because I was assured that after some time as a seller, I would receive my payouts within three days after each sale.
Shortly afterward, my seller account was suspended without warning, then reinstated, and later suspended again. The reason given was that I could not provide manufacturer invoices. However, I sell properly as a registered dealer under the margin scheme, which is common when purchasing goods from private individuals and is practiced by many other dealers as well.
eBay is now also asking me to provide an Apple invoice for a device that I originally purchased through eBay and then resold through eBay. I do not understand why I am being asked for a manufacturer invoice for an item that was bought and sold on your own platform.
Despite having no buyer complaints and maintaining good feedback, my balance has now suddenly been held for 190 days. My entire savings are affected, and I urgently depend on this money.
I truly need urgent help resolving this matter and ask for a clear explanation and a fair solution.
Additionally, eBay Germany has not been able to provide me with any real assistance. Whenever I seek help, I am repeatedly redirected to a call center in Egypt, where I am told that nothing can be done. I respectfully ask why I am unable to receive proper support or escalation for this serious issue affecting my funds and account.
This matter is extremely, extremely urgent. I am fully dependent on this money and have ongoing expenses that I must pay. It is not acceptable that I have already been waiting for more than 30 days without a proper resolution. I urgently request immediate assistance and a prompt release of my funds.
I have followed all rules and policies in a proper and honest manner at all times.

·6 months agoYou sold a bunch of Apple and Samsung devices that you listed as Brand New. That’s going to raise red flags every time. And if you purchased them here on eBay, were they actually brand new sealed items and can you vouch for their authenticity?
