Help needed contacting a buyer to get their address.
It took me 6 months to ship it , but now I am ready to send someone their Hot tub cover. After a 30 minute call with customer service, I obtained the user name of the buyer and tried to message them, but after entering Item no., the screen just went to some general sales page. Now I can't figure out how to
contact them again. Ideas?

·2 years agoTo get to their feedback page, go to your own feedback page and you can see where your own screen name is on the website, backspace to delete your own name in the website, and type their name there instead.
