Assuming you mean your selling limit, all new sellers as well as infrequent sellers will have limits on their selling at first. This is to protect buyers from possible errors by the new kids on the block, or by sellers who have been away for awhile.
As one of the new kids, you may want to do more reading about selling here just in case you missed some important information the first time around.
Best of luck to you in your selling future on eBay.

What does public education have anything to do with eBay selling limits?

Seriously though... it will be automatically raised over time, so long as you provide your buyers good service.
