Give some advice to new sellers
Hey everyone, I started this subject for those who need some advice like "How can I increase my sellings on eBay'' so I invoke professional and old sellers to give us advice. New sellers will be glad to receive all advice)

·2 years agoYOu MUST give the actual item location. You cant use multiple locations.

You should NOT state "pay pal credit" in your description of accepted payments. In fact, you do not need to state anything about payment types. Ebay does that .. Paypal determines who can use it and it depends on each situation/item.

·2 years agoYou also need to change your logo if your not in the US. (American Eagle with American flag) I already lean towards you being shady and deceitful.

·2 years agoNo offense. Your listings look and sound like your a drop shipper. Personally as a buyer I avoid sellers that dropship. There are always long shipping waits and headaches. Usually need to get ebay involved. Have you been watching all the get rich videos online?

Start out with a few inexpensive items until you see how the process works.

But here a a few random tips I can offer...
Pack items well. Don't skimp on packaging.
Process orders and ship quickly.
Treat customers the way you like to be treated.
Always be on the lookout for items you can re-sell and make a profit.
Have fun selling.

My advice is to be honest with your customers as to what you are selling and where your items are coming from. Stay communicative and friendly. Stay competitive price wise. Since you're drop shipping and selling things that people already have (over priced Christmas trees), I would be prepared for a lot of issues that may not be so positive, not to mention returns and refunds. Many of us here on this forum have been here for over 2 decades and know the pitfalls that can occur with drop shipping. FYI Since you as a seller are not located in the USA, you should take all those logos that state you are out of your photos. That is known as item location misrepresentation and it's a no no here on eBay.

·2 years agoYour heart is in the right place, but the subject is way too broad. And these Boards have already been established so that experienced buyers and sellers, who volunteer their time here, can help others if/when they can. All the new person has to do is to come here and ask specific questions and a response will be generated, and probably more than one answer.
