·1 year agoIn my opinion, you will not do well with only one size listed.
And I suspect that if you had to choose one size, it would not be size 10

OP1 year agoThank you for your feedback. Since our eBay account is new, we currently don’t have permission to add size variations in the listings — that’s a limitation from eBay's side for new sellers.
However, if you or anyone else is interested in a different size, we’d be happy to help! Just message us directly, and we’ll personally guide you through the sizing and ordering process to make sure you get the perfect fit."**
Thank you

I don't know anything about how men dress in Pakistan but it seems like when I see anything on TV, most are dressed in their traditional clothing. I'm sure there are some that dress in Western clothing but I have a feeling that these dress shoes are manufactured with Americans in mind (of course, that's just my guess). I agree that the US is not a realistic market for them but I guess they will find out.

·1 year agoI did a quick search on eBay and saw that a lot of other sellers in Pakistan are selling the same kinds of shoes that you are selling. Sellers in other places are also selling those style shoes. That means you have a lot of competition.
The shoes you are selling are considered "dress shoes" and although many men have to wear a suit and tie to work, even some of those have gone to a more casual (comfortable) type shoe, so the market for your dress shoes is limited to a smaller niche of men these days.
Most men who wear dress shoes buy them from stores in the United States where they can try them on to make sure they fit. Buying a pair of shoes from halfway around the world is taking a big chance that they may fit or not fit, and returns aren't always that easy.

·1 year agoTo say the least. I cannot imagine any scenario where I would be buying handmade shoes to be shipped from Pakistan to the US and just hoping that they fit.
If that is their main business then I would recommend that they focus on selling within Pakistan and see how they can get ahead of their competition there. I really cannot see that the US is a realistic market for them so far away when selling an expensive product that has a high likelihood of being returned because it does not fit well.

OP1 year ago"We truly appreciate your perspective,
However, we’ve been working in the handmade leather shoe industry for over 15 years. Our experience has taught us the importance of both quality and craftsmanship. Each pair is carefully handmade using premium materials, giving our products a unique feel and durability that you won’t easily find in mass-produced shoes or at regular retail stores.
We also provide detailed size guides and support to help international buyers get the right fit.
Thanks you for your guidance

·1 year agoI think you may have a better chance to market your goods locally unless you can send a container full to the US.

OP1 year ago"Thank you for your suggestion — we absolutely value local growth and are actively building our presence within Pakistan. However, we’ve also seen strong interest from international customers who appreciate handcrafted, high-quality leather products that are not easily found in their local markets.

·1 year agoI don't think online selling is the best option for custom hand made shoes. You tell buyers "for shoe size measurements follow up the rules". I searched but I couldn't find any rules.
Perhaps reading the book you have listed Integrated Marketing Communications might help you on your journey.

OP1 year ago"Thank you for your kind and polite words — especially about the book.
We understand that sizing is one of the biggest concerns when buying handmade shoes online. That’s why we invite you to become our first client — so we can personally guide you through the sizing process step by step. We take extra care to ensure each pair fits comfortably and matches your foot measurements perfectly.
Our goal is not just to sell shoes, but to give each customer a unique and satisfying experience

You'll have a small market on those shoe styles. Are you signed up with Payoneer so that you can be paid if you have a sale?

·1 year agoAnother thought – are you getting a lot of views on your items? A lot of impressions? If you aren’t getting many impressions, that means you’re not showing up in searches, or perhaps you are so far down the list that buyers don’t make it to a page that contains your listings. If you are getting a reasonable amount of views, but no sales, there is something in the listing that the buyers don’t like. If you are getting a lot of impressions, but very few views, that means there’s something in your title, main photo, or price that the buyers don’t like.

·1 year agoIt may be difficult to get your first order. I think that you are in a crowded market, and I’d expect not a lot of buyers would come upon your listings. I would think that a large percentage of buyers would look for a shoe in a certain size, and put that in the search. With your shoes, the items wouldn’t come up in my search results. If I do come upon your listing, I don’t see a shoe size anywhere in the item description. Add on that you are selling from Pakistan, and a lot of buyers will have significant Concerns about length of time to receive the item in the possibility of import duties to get them delivered.
As far as the textbooks go, I don’t think there is anyway that you are going to get that money from US buyers.
You had some nice looking things – best of luck to you.

·1 year agoSo you are a brand new seller?, It is a bad time of year for many sellers, Summertime can be very slow, But also being new is usually a slow process until you become more established, Also the more you list, The more attention you should get. Good Luck to you!
