Finding Previous Offer
I made an offer to a watcher. Next morning he has purchased the item, but says that Ebay charged him the original price. He writes and ask me to send him a corrected invoice. I do not remember what my offer to him was, how do I find that? Next I have never done an invoice, how do I invoice him the correct amount and refund his money?
