@c4h56-24 If eBay charged you for services, they won't be giving any money back.
If you want to provide details of what exactly transpired (less any personal information) we can explain what happened.
Or next time if there appears to be a problem rising with a transaction, come here with details before you end up where you are now. Folks here can walk you thru it.
The smart money would be on eBay did the refund on behalf of the seller and kept the final value fees like eBay does whenever they have to do the refund.
I want my 113 dollars back for refunding a customer back that you guys took I’m not paying that out of my pocket
Sorry, but other ebay members are NEVER responsible for your transactions on ebay.
We are not gonna pay for that out of pocket as we had nothing to do with your transaction.

Well, you have found the board that’s monitored by eBay employees, but it is for technical issues. Your message isn’t entirely clear, but it doesn’t seem like it is about a technical issue.
"You guys"? When you post here, you are addressing mainly a large group of fellow buyers and sellers. None of us are responsible for your missing $113.
@c4h56-24 Who are you talking to? If you are looking for ebay employees they are not here.
If you refunded a customer, who do you think should be paying for the refund? I'm confused why you think eBay should pay you customer when you are the seller, not eBay? Care to elaborate?

·5 months agoIf you refunded the customer after receiving a return, if you did everything properly, the final value fees would be credited back to your account.
