It pops up on my eBay account however I am only offered one Free listing. It doesn't say no Final Value fees if the vehicle sells, it only says no listing fee. You may want to read the entire offer so you know what you are agreeing to. I would not use the option thru some external link. If I was going to use it I would do it thru the eBay website.
