error before i create a listing
hi all,
can anyone help me. this is my first time create a listing. but after finish create a listing, it shows an error afterthat.
"Your account is curently limited. Go to messages to find out what you need to do."
when i go to the messages, there is no instructions, or anything else that i need to do.
can someone expert help me.

·1 year agoAll sellers on EBAY need to register. You need to provide your checking account# and social security# (EBAY reports your income to the IRS. EBAY limits all new Sellers to only a few "low value items" until you prove yourself. Also EBAY withholds payment for 30 days for new sellers.
