I don't understand why eBay restricted my account, I am new and trying to sell some stuff but eBay won't allow me to.

Redact personal identifying information.

When eBay notified you that you were restricted they told you the reason.

But the reason they gave was probably quite vague, so you may not have recognized it , agreed with it, or noticed it.
