If all you're selling is the CUSHIONS and COVERS for those chairs, you have to make that very clear. As long as you have a picture of a chair in your photos, people will think they are buying a chair.

List more.
Don't dropshop.
Sell items people actually want to buy at a price they'll pay.

·11 months agoFrom the photos it looks like you are drop shipping? If that is correct, have you read the rules about drop shipping and own the goods you are selling?

·11 months ago@secondmay, you are registered in India.
Most of the sellers on this community board are based in the USA, and sellers here do not have eBay Managers available.
You can try asking on the eBay India community. I believe that some sellers in India are eligible to have eBay Managers, but I don't know what the criteria are to be eligible for this support.

Your best bet would be to find/hire someone locally that is familiar with eBay.

·1 year agoPeople buy by product and price. The more items the greater the potential for a sale. The lower the prices compared to your competition also increase sales possibilities.
Look locally for someone with an expertise in online sales. Another alternative is to read and study everything you can about eBay and how it works. This is not a casual task and would likely take a couple weeks. Ebay is not a get rich quick scheme and it can take years to develop a profitable business entity.

·1 year agoNo one at eBay is going to help you improve your store's performance. All they will do is try to sell you more eBay services like store subscriptions and promoted listings.
This message board is the place to ask for suggestions about how to improve your store, but you will get a variety of opinions that you will need to evaluate. Some of those opinions will seem pretty blunt or perhaps even seem downright rude - it will be your job to rise above that and stay on topic.
That aside ...
You seem to have very nice items without a whole lot of competition. But they are in a very niche market. I tried searching for one of your items as if I was a buyer, and here are some thoughts that I had for this item:
Leather Six cushions for Arne Jacobsen's Astole model 3107/3207 (7éren

In your description, eliminate all of background / marketing / jargon / history about Jacobsen furniture design. ALL OF IT. Replace it with one short, well-crafted blurb that reassures the buyer that you know what Jacobsen is and what it represents.
The people searching for cushions for Jacobsen chairs already know what they have. You don't need to fill their screen with text trying to sell them a chair design they already own.
All those paragraphs and paragraphs of background information that is not directly related to your item makes your listing look unprofessional. The impression it gives off is that you know nothing about these chairs, and simply asked an AI chatbot to write something for you - and then failed to edit it down.

·1 year agoI also noticed that there is another seller in India selling the exact same thing as you, with the same prices and the same stock photo. That in itself is not good.
I agree with @fbusoni about trying to sell cushions for very expensive chairs. Because of the designs and price points of those chairs, you are trying to sell your cushions to a very limited market. Not that many people own these chairs (when compared to the overall chair market) and those that do, even on the remote chance they are considering cushions, probably would not buy them on eBay, let alone from India.
eBay most likely cannot or will not tell you how you can improve your store performance and sales. You have to figure that out for yourself. I would suggest if you want better store performance and sales, that you try to find products to sell that will appeal to a wider audience.

I don't know if eBay will advise you.
But I see that you are selling pads and cushions for very, very high-end pieces of furniture.
You are also based in India.
I live in the USA and if I had a need for such cushions, I'd purchase them locally, so that I could return them easily if I needed to.
But then there is this, which is displayed on your listings:

The fact that you have no feedback (at least that is visible) also might deter buyers from purchasing from you.
Finally, is there even a demand for such cushions? People buy Arne Jacobsen, I'd imagine, for the appearance and style... a cushion might be an impediment to full appreciation of such furniture, which is comfortable to sit in as it is. Just guessing, of course.
