eBay clerical error
This is my 5th attempt to clear this total clutter $&@? The automated system is literally a mess’the other payment went to a card that doesn’t exist please correct the shipping location ups Ventura ca 93003its been this for the past 6 years

·8 months agoThis is an EBAY "chat room" where Sellers can exchange information. No one from EBAY customer service reads these posts.
The only way EBAY has to prove item was delivered is tracking# you provided when you shipped the item. If that tracking# showed item was delivered "EBAY would have immediately released money to you". Did use a different tracking# that EBAY does not know about?
You mentioned something about payment going to the wrong card. You should update your current banking and other information on your EBAY profile page (right click on weblink below to make changes)

·8 months agoWhatever bank information ebay uses comes directly for YOU. Ebay cant fix that.
Also your listings show that you only offer USPS and NOT UPS.
Buyers count on the seller to ship according to the listed info, which again, YOU provide.
Ebay has no access to any shippers website to change the locations.

·8 months agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well. If you don’t keep your selling and shipping addresses correct, that is likely to lead to delays. That is your responsibility, and you need to stay on top of that. There is nothing you can do at this point except wait for the payout to be released.
