Hello friends, I sold a product, the address was a mail forwarding company this adres and it was marked as badbuyer on the internet form sites, I wrote to ebay about it, and ebay said that there would be no problem, the buyer had made many purchases with the same address before. I also sent. But the buyer opened a request before the product reached the buyer. He asked me to enter a tracking code that would not cancel the product. I gave information about the shipping process and entered the code. When the product arrived, he did not close the request and did not confirm that the product had arrived. The buyer does not respond to any of my messages. So I wrote to Ebay support and said that the product had been delivered and asked for my money to be released. They ask me for signature approval because the sale is over 750 dollars.When I asked, they told me that the tracking code was sufficient, but now they said you need to know this. I don't know what to do, they are literally scamming me. I shipped the product to the address given by the buyer and it appears on my website that it was delivered? Isn't the fact that it was delivered to the address given by the buyer already sufficient evidence? What will I do?
