Customer support for sellers
Hello, I am very new here (about 2 weeks). Things have been moving much faster than I expected so of course I have already run into a couple of issues that I needed assistance with. Both times the automated "help" were not able to answer my questions nor I suspect understood what I was asking. I have searched everywhere for a contact number to actually speak to a human but no luck. I just discovered this forum and was curious if anyone here has found any form of human assistance?

·5 months agoHello everyone i'm just curious if anybody knows for how long you have to wait until you can actually get your funds 1-2 days after purchased rather than 11-14 days which is after delivery etc. I understand with newest sellers but we have 17 completed orders with 1700 in sales and 100 possitive and on time. which is well over the requirements for getting paid faster. Can anybody help me understand what we have to do?

@cheech2021 is right. There are many long time, experienced people here and you will usually get more accurate answers to your questions or advice on what to do with problems than you will get from eBay's customer service.
A person has not been able to actually call eBay directly since Covid (if you find a phone number on the internet, it isn't real; it's a scam) but you can go through eBay's help and request a call back or you can contact eBay on social media.
And Welcome! Glad you are doing well right out of the gate.

·6 months agoI'd recommend you ask your questions here! Many times, the volunteers on this board can provide better assistance if it doesn't require direct access to your account!

·6 months agoWelcome, what I found to work for me, was I asked a few questions with the automated 'help" and then after not answering my questions, I write "can someone please call me back", then it moves you forward and maybe you get lucky. BUT the good news is this is the best place to get help, there are so many nice smart members here to help you, SO, what do you need help with........
