Respected, I am fresh and I sold 1 item to a USA customer. Shipping was too costly from {Austria to the USA}. As a fresh candidate I need guidance in an easy way. I have to follow Ebay.
I want to make a Business plan where shipment is free for domestic and international customers.
As I want to sell my product worldwide.
Please guide us via video clip. thank you

·2 years agoYour buyer is supposed to be paying for shipping, not you.
There is no "business plan" where shipping is free. When you see an item listed with free shipping, the seller, hopefully, has blended the shipping cost into the item price.

OP2 years agoRespected but for International shipping+Purchase cost will be so high. Purchase cost will be the same for domestic and international shipping. But shipping will be free for domestic customers. How I can calculate shipping for International customers?

·2 years agoIf you list on .com the domestic shipping section on the listing page is for shipping to the US, not to your own country. The international section is for shipping to other countries. In order to figure out what it will cost to ship to other countries you will have to go to your country’s postal site to see what the cost is. Then you can put in a flat rate cost for shipping to that region.
You may be able to set up shipping cost shipping to different regions. For example, one cost to Europe, one to Asia etc.

You may want to google it and see what you can find. Perhaps Youtube has some helpful videos. I would also check into what you can and cannot ship internationally due to customs restrictions.

As you found out, shipping is costly. If you'd like to offer Free Shipping, bake the cost into your item price. Good luck.
