I don't have enough listings to consider having a store.
For the most part I do just fine without talking to eBay, but in the instances when desired, I have gotten a "call back".
As the CSR's, in most instances just read from scripts and do not have the ability/authority to do anything anyway, the "call back" in many instances is not worth the time that it takes to request it, but I have from time to time actually been assisted. Scripted answers ............... unless they go "off-script". "Off-script" can be a horrible experience.
More factual knowledge/guidance is often obtained here on the boards, but again sometimes suggestions need to be taken with a grain of salt.
I talked to a more knowledgeable CSR using "eBay for business" on facebook to make contact.

No, I do not want to shut down because I cannot talk to a human at eBay.

·3 years agoNot me. But that's just me... I don't have a Store. I closed mine a couple of years ago when my sales died. That was not due to eBay human beings.
