Can't Transfer Pics
I have been using my phone to transfer pictures to my computer, so I can see it better on my computer, and edit the pictures.
I can't do that now, and I don't know why.
I have turned my computer off/on, nothing happened.
Please Help

·4 months agoDo you have the app on your phone? If so, list the item on your computer, schedule the start for an hour from the time you click "list". Then on your phone go to "selling", & revise the listing by adding & editing the photos from your phone into your listing. When the scheduled time hits your listing will go live. If you require more time than an hour, then set the scheduled listing time out further. No need to actually ever transfer the photos on your phone to your computer, unless ofc as you say, you cant see as well on your phone.

There is Phone Link for Windows 11 computers where you can view you pictures on your computer and download them.

Windows computer
Wired transfer
I take pics on my phone
Then I hook up my phone to the computer, with a phone chord.
Hit upload photos from my phone
Click on photos, they usually go to the computer, Transfer, then I hit Got it, and they are on the computer.

·4 months agoHave you tried to just drag n drop from your phone to your PC?. I have an android phone but I find the pictures on my phone from my PC (I plug my phone in like you do to charge it every morning) then drag n drop them to a folder I have created on my desktop.
I do the same thing to change the music out on my phone only in reverse.
There's usually more than one or two ways to do something on a PC.....................................

·4 months agoIf the phone and computer don't seem to be 'talking to' each other despite being hooked up together: Check the settings outlined in the link posted above by @krazzykats. (An example of this might be: You can usually choose between iCloud, Mail, or computer when telling the phone where to send the photos, but now all of a sudden it'll only let you pick iCloud or Mail.)
If your Settings all look fine but the two devices still aren't talking to each other: Try a different phone cord. Some cables are charge-only, you need one that does data too.
If you can proceed as normal on the phone and complete the Transfer and Got it steps: The computer may not be opening a File Explorer window when you connect the phone for whatever reason. Check the folder where the photos usually end up and see if they're in there.
I'm Android/Windows so a degree of guesswork was involved here. Let me know if you're still stuck.
