Cant lower further BBE because I run out of money so I cant make any more orders
Greetings to the community.
I am a new seller, i opened my store at May, my first order was about May 27.
Some items I sell did't know at the time they can't be sent to Canada and/or Australia, so I had to cancel the orders.
After a while I got a BBE, I have a restriction and my whole funds are on hold. The next review is at Jul 14.
The issue is, that I cannot lower my BBE (was 30% now 20%) because i run out of all my money and all the financial support from friends and family.... My calculations is that i need about 100 orders to drop it below average. If I dont get my funds back, I dont have the money to make and pay the supplier for new orders.
What can I do?

OP2 years agoCould I make a green card so USA recognise me a citizen of US so BBE, CBT dont apply to me?

·2 years agoFirst, you need to quit dropshipping that fake junk from China, it'll only cause more problems.
You need to know what items can and can't be shipped to certain countries before you list them.
You'll get the funds, but probably won't be any time soon.

·2 years agoWhat can you do? Probably read the eBay policy. If you're ordering from a seller in China to ship to your buyer, that's not allowed.

·2 years agoThis does not look good. That no-name Chinese watch you sold has a weird disclaimer at the bottom of the description: 'Note: The logo on the Watch dial may be present on some orders. It is common for manufacturers to add or remove a logo or mark when upgrading their products without affecting the function.
expected logo: "<Seiko/5>"'
If the manufacturer is producing fake Seiko watches or other counterfeits you are going to have more problems going forward. I cannot see how you will get out from under this.

OP2 years agoYeap, has some issues with the supplier, in the photos there was no logo printed! When the cutomer received it, it had printed the "Seiko 5" Logo! I puted the listing down quick soon.

·2 years agoI can see that you photoshopped the logo out from the pictures that were taken from the DH Gate (Chinese) website.
I think your problems are bigger than BBE.

Looks like you were drop shipping, possibly from another site. Big risky business platform. You're located in Greece so it would be hard to advise when you will receive your funds. You may want ask on the UK community forum. This is the US community forum.

·2 years agoThat would be a good idea, if you have a bad rating then selling "more" is not the solution, in fact that would likely make things worse. In most cases only time will raise your BBE.

·2 years ago@broto_64 time and sales. The only way to get the BBE numbers down is to sell and not have issues.
The more sales the correct way the quicker the BBE goes down.
Drop shipping counterfeit items from China will not help, but shipping items the seller has and not canceling sales will help.

·2 years agoNo, in theory you would be correct but you're assuming 100% perfect sales along the way so in reality that doesn't work out that way and thus it isn't. If a seller is on the verge of losing their account their best bet is to stop selling completely for about a quarter or two to let those defects roll off. Because they didn't get there by being perfect, so selling more usually means more errors (and thus defects) too!
It's like if you're a bad driver and you're about to lose your driver's license.
Driving more isn't going to clear that up faster.
In fact it's likely going to mean more tickets.
Time fixes your account.

·2 years agoYour funds should still pay out despite being restricted, I suspect your problem lies somewhere in the direction of dropshipping (most of us carry our stock so our only cost is shipping) also what is BBE?

BBE=Bad buyer experience...somewhat typical for drop shippers.

OP2 years agoBBE stands for Bad Byer Experience. Some metrics are used to calculate it.

·2 years agoI believe your issue with the funds may have more to do with banking issues than being on restriction, however I do think you should give selling a break until you figure out what you can do to better assure your customer orders are well received...
What did the message from ebay state?
