You really should start by selling items you have.

Dropshipping is a quick way to lose your account if you don't know what your doing.

It says that the location of your item is a country different that the country of your registered address, and this is not allowed unless you apply for a waiver.

What exactly do you want help with?

Moving your item to another country?
Changing your registered address?
Changing the items location on your listing?
Sending an email to the address they gave you?
