Can only contact eBay by email.
Tried during normal business hours last few days and keep getting contact them by email with no replies. When I try to call their phone they say can’t take call. Been selling for 27 years and this is the worst I’ve seen in customer service. Any suggestions? They don’t even reply to emails now.

·5 months agoWho are you emailing and who are you calling? eBay has no customer service phone number to call. Just be careful with who you are contacting, I know the phone number isn't eBay, not too sure about an email either.
Btw, with the closing of the social media CS, we are going to be hearing about plenty of "fake" eBay help popping up on social media sites

OP5 months agoUsing the phone number 866-540-3229. I've used this many times in the past with no issues.

You need to learn the systems and policies as there is no 'person' that can help you except those on this
forum that are experience is most everything and someone will be able to tell you what to do (or not to do).

OP5 months agoAs recent as November 2025 I was able to speak with an eBay representative, usually in some country like the Phillipines and was successful in jhaving them remove various defects like negative or neutral feedback or other annoying things. Now, I can't reach anyone.

OP5 months agoI've reached humans for over 25 years until the last few months. Does ebay no longer want to deal with sellers over the phone? Worst customer service of any company I've ever seen.
