As a new seller on ebay I was wanting to ask if it is okay to contact the Buyer by email
The issue is that I have marked her purchase as shipped in error. Post office is closed today.

I appreciate It very much. Unfortunately I did not think I Would get such a prompt response and I had already contacted the buyer. This will be a learning experience for me!
And regarding these titles on my listings. That was very useful information and I Really appreciate that as well

Thank you for working to be an honest and forthcoming seller. As others have told you, you will be fine just to leave it alone. Many of us here have made that same mistake when there is a holiday. There really is no reason to go and change it. Hopefully you uploaded the tracking number, so you don't really want to disturb that. Just leave it alone. All will be fine and there is no need to contact the buyer.

If I may make a suggestion of something I see right away. Your titles are the most important space on a listing. It is so important to put key words into the title that a buyer might search by and equally as important to not waste that valuable space.
For Example:
plus size womens sweaters -- I would suggest: Ivory PULLOVER TURTLENECK SWEATER Plus Size 1X
Universal Thread Jeans -- I would suggest: UNIVERSAL THREAD Jeans Slim Fit size 10 Straight Leg

·1 year agoWhen contacting buyers while selling an item, it is best if you contact them via eBay messages (not email outside of eBay) to communicate with them. This keeps all communications within the eBay platform. You can email them or even call them (if phone number is included) to let them know of shipping issues but unless it is an emergency (with transaction) keep it simple and communicate through eBay messages. IMHO

Go to-> invoice
Go to-> Other (on right above the Shipped line)
Go to -> Contact Buyer.

·1 year agoI don't see any need to contact the buyer about this. If they don't know today is a holiday that's on them.

·1 year agoIf you purchased and printed a label through ebay, it will show as shipped. (My opinion is that ebay should change the wording to, "a label has been purchased" instead of shipped.
That's not an issue unless it's not actually shipped within your handling time.
