I noticed on your listing that you have it listed as "George Couture". It is actually "George F Couture". Buyers looking for George F clothing won't see your listing if they search for "George F" so you need to put that F in the title.
I don't know if you researched prices for George F. Couture dresses but your price may be on the high side. There are many listed with high prices on them but it looks like the only ones that have sold, sold for about $100 to $150, with several under $100. Clothing is one of the most saturated categories on eBay and you have to have competitive pricing.
You also mention in the description that you will allow local pickup. This needs to be in the shipping section of your listing, along with where you have Ground Advantage listed. There is a particular procedure that has to be followed for local pickup so you need to know how to do that. Offering local pickup | eBay

Did you open a seller's account before you listed the dress? You have to open a seller's account, giving eBay your Social Security number and Bank Account number so that if your item sells, they will be able to pay you by sending the proceeds to your bank account. And don't forget, eBay's fees will be deducted before they send you the proceeds. Fees are based on the price of the item plus shipping charges plus state tax the buyer paid. (eBay charges and remits state taxes on sales so they include that in the total when figuring seller fees.)
Since you are a new seller, funds from sold items will be held for about 30 days to make sure everything goes smoothly. As you list more items and become more established, this 30 day hold will be lifted.

I know it seems like everyone is raining on your parade, but there are a number of factors that should be brought to your attention. Any buyer can can purchase, bid on, or make offer on your listing depending on how you have formatted such - no need to 'contact' you. As many have already noted, it's essential that you read and understand ebay's various buying/selling policies. I see you don't accept returns - bear in mind if a buyer finds an issue with your item, real or imagined, and files an INAD case (item not as described), your no returns policy goes out the window. Null and void. Most seasoned sellers on these pages will tell you they accept returns, believe me, it's the smart play.

·5 months agoBuyers dont need ur contact info on eBay. They can simply click “Contact seller” or “Ask a question” on the listing and send u a msg. You will recive it in ur eBay messages and can reply from there.

As @adamcartwright suggested, you need to brush up on how selling on ebay works.

·5 months agoYour feedback shows you have purchased several items on ebay. Take a look at your listing and you will see the same options on it that you used when you purchased, plus there is a contact seller button if you have a question. Do you have managed payments set up in order to get paid?

I'd advise you take your listing down until you know how eBay works.

There is a link in the listing a buyer could use to contact you.

·5 months agoThink twice before listing anything as "flawless". Some buyer might think that something as simple as needing pressing due to its time in storage would be a "flaw". Broad claims can get you in trouble and cost you money,

·5 months agoI remember a post a few years ago, a seller complaining because a buyer wanted to return a shirt or some kind of clothing.
The buyer used a magnifying glass and found a loose thread, inside around the armpit (I think) and filed an INAD.

·5 months agoThis has nothing at all to do with the OP's question, but just wondering. Am always surprised that eBay does not require care information in clothing listings. This particular lovely dress would obviously be dry clean only and the tag probably stipulates that. Just a casual remark, no need to reply.

·5 months agoThank you for your reply. I know that there are some items that say "Dry Clean Only" that can be carefully laundered by hand with Woolite, like certain sweaters. But this is not one of them. And when purchasing something like this, one has to make sure the cost of dry cleaning is within their budget.

·5 months agoDon't worry, customers can easily make purchase, send an offer or contact you through EBAY. EBAY does NOT allow to you to include any personal contact information (that is the against EBAY rules).
You might want to include "measurements" in your listing (that is very important, because women's clothing sizes are NOT standardized).
Also be aware there is no such thing as "no refunds". EBAY 30-Money Back Guarantee (supersedes "no return" policy) and allows customer to return item by claiming "not as described, counterfeit, defective, missing parts" (you will be forced to refund "purchase price + shipping BOTH ways). EBAY does NOT require the customer to prove their claims. EBAY always rules in favor of the customer.

·5 months agoOK, I'm new to selling on eBay, but my experience is that the buyer does NOT contact the seller to purchase the item. Instead, the buyer purchases through eBay.
You really don't want to have to manage personal interaction with buyers. Buyer's fee is paid to eBay, including any shipping charges. You will get an email from eBay when an item has been purchased and paid for, then you go from there to packing it up, printing a label and taking the package to the shipper (?post office).
Sometimes, a buyer might message you with a question about an item, but this all goes through eBay, not direct contact.
Trust me, you want it done this way - at a distance.
