Somehow my listings went to eBay.ca. I filled out the form to close the account and delete listings. One listing shows I have a payment for an item but I do not. I cannot send an invoice because I'm not shipping the item and that is required. How do I reject the offer or delete it? I don't think they'll close the account with an outstanding offer. The person making the offer has given up.
