Not sure if you can answer this, or perhaps you could tag someone who can.
I have been wondering how a new seller (whom we are led to believe have $ and item limits placed on accounts for their protection) managed to list this item for $47000.00 auction start?

A little shocked at eBay would allow a new seller to list such a high-dollar item.
And, I'm sorry, but your description is a little sparse. Exactly what size is "Large"?
