Account was restricted during the verification

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice from sellers who have experience with international setups.

Here is my situation:

I am based in Tunisia
I own a US LLC with a valid EIN
I have a US business bank account (Mercury)
I recently tried to open a business seller account on eBay

Unfortunately, my account was restricted during the verification process and I was informed it would remain indefinitely restricted.

I want to understand better:

Has anyone outside the US (especially from North Africa or similar regions) successfully opened and maintained an eBay business account using a US LLC?
Were you asked for additional verification (documents, video verification, etc.)?
Is there any way to request a proper manual review in such cases?

I’m trying to operate fully within eBay policies and would really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences.

It doesn't matter if you have a registered LLC in the US or not, as far as eBay is concerned you are not in the US, you are in Tunisia. Banks, IRS, and a few others might care, but not ebay

You're in Tunisia so you can't show your location as US.
