Account suspended
Hi
I'm totally confused with being a new member of Ebay. I decided to become a seller of preowned clothes on Ebay. I've signed up, filled as much information as possible and after a long time spent on creating a new listing, i've received permanent ban of account. I even don't know the reason, maybe it's something personal, because I was said that "This suspension/restriction is permanent.You will not be able to participate in any buying and/or selling activities on eBay.In addition, any other accounts you own or that are associated with this account will also be suspended/limited."
I really don't know what to do and how to understand this experience. Maybe community can help me to figure out why it happened.

If you tried to sell without a payment account, that's probably why you were suspended.
They also don't use Payoneer in Poland. They use Adyen.

·3 years agoThey do have Payoneer in Poland. Adyen is eBay's payment processor and they clear payments to eBay and then eBay puts their payout in their Payoneer account. Having an account with Adyen is not necessary.

They put the buyer's payment in their checking account or in their Payoneer account depending what country they're in. I see in Poland it goes in their checking account.

·3 years agoStupidly , eBay allows listing and selling without a registered Managed Payments account. Or apparently any other payment processing account.
There are constant posts on this board from new or returned sellers who cannot get their customer's payments, because eBay has no way to transfer the money to their checking account.
If sellers are so easy to get, as most of us believe, it strikes me that eBay should be able to restrict listing until the seller has an MP or equivalent account registered.

The problem is if the suspension is permanent there's usually no appealing it.

·3 years agoThe message does say that the suspension is permanent but you have nothing to lose by sending a message to them on Facebook. There are real ebay employees.

·3 years agoYou're in Poland. You just joined 9 days ago and it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your selling account after linking a Payoneer account for payouts. eBay sends you an email when you all set. Did you get an email from eBay saying you're all set?
If not then apparently you were trying to list items before getting approved.

That's the problem that there weren't any messages or options to connect my payoneer to account. Also I haven't got any restrictions preventing to list new offers for some period. On the contrary, I saw an offer to put up 150 or 200 lots for free.
How do you think, is it really final decision or I have chances to unblock my account? Maybe I can do something for it?

·3 years agoWhen they say that you can't buy or sell, I think they mean it.
Seen a lot of accounts banned from selling, but is rare not to be able to buy here.
Could they have associated your account with another one that has been suspended?

·3 years agoExactly. And usually when banned from both buying and selling, the member is NARU'ed. That doesn't seem to be the case here.
