Account restricted for high BBE rate new seller only first case.
“I’ve sent multiple emails to Trust & Safety over the past week about a permanent restriction due to a BBE case, but I’ve received no reply. I’m a new seller, it was my first case, and I handled it within my policy. Can someone help escalate this?â€

No matter how many times you post about it, the answers are going to be the same.

You have replies on your other post. We can't help you unless you provide the information that has been asked for.

This is a member-to-member forum. This is not a way to contact eBay customer service.

·1 year agoQuick question: Your "14 day return policy"? Per eBay's MBG, a buyer has 30 days to open an item not as described case.
Have you read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

If you were purchasing the items you sold to buyers AFTER they paid for them, in other words creating a listing for an item you don't have, using stock photos as representing said item, and then purchasing the item after the buyer paid you - that's the version of drop shipping ebay doesn't allow. If that's the case you're ebay career has ended, you're done.

Looks like you were dropshipping from Amazon, which is not allowed.

·1 year agoI'm curious about the one feedback that refers to the seller "kindly refunding" the buyer's money.
@be_unique_82
Please explain why you did that?

·1 year agoLooks like you were drop shipping, something ebay doesn't typically allow; unless you're a manufacturer or approved distributor. I'm assuming that had a lot to do with your termination.

·1 year agoEbay allows drop shipping as long as you contractually own the product beforehand. They do not allow you to list an item for sale and after it sells purchase it from another online source.

·1 year agoSeems kind of odd for almonds from California too be sold from Pakistan back to the USA. EBay is not stupid. They know exactly where products come from based on the shipping label.
Permanent means forever, you are done.

Here are the policies for export sellers (who sell to a different region than where the seller is based) like you. You are registered in Pakistan, which is in the HiPo region, according to eBay.
https://export.ebay.com/en/
eBay does not restrict or suspend sellers based on a single transaction. There is a minimum number of transactions with issues, before eBay will take any action. And, they give a warning first, and only take action if the account does not improve enough after the warning.
You should have been monitoring your performance with the Cross Border Trade Seller Dashboard:
https://export.ebay.com/en/seller-performance/seller-level-and-sales/cbt-seller-dashboard/
More info about BAd Buyer Experience (BBE):
https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/bber/
and Item Not Received (INR) rate:
https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/shipping-performance-policy-item-not-received-rate/
Unfortunately, once the account has reached the stage where eBay had to remove listings to protect potential buyers, then it is too late to make improvements. eBay says the account is permanently restricted.

·1 year agoYou were selling a somewhat random variety of things, all listed as Brand New, with stock images. Were you ordering those items from somewhere in the US after the order was placed? I'm almost certain you weren't shipping those items yourself from Pakistan.

·1 year agoI see you’re located in Pakistan. Could you give us details of the BBE incident?

OP1 year agoThank you for replying. Yes, I'm located in Pakistan.
I’m a new seller, and I had only one issue. A buyer ordered shoes, and after 14 days (my return window), he said they were too small and wanted to return them.
I told him he was outside the return period. He reported me. I do all things to resolve this issue maybe I offer a refund he called me in bad words and reported me and dont reply me. I contacted eBay support, and they said I could report the buyer. I didn’t do that in time, and then my account was permanently restricted for BBE.
I have only positive feedback, and no open cases or negative feedback before this. I’ve also tried contacting eBay several times with no real response.
Do you think this is fair? Can you help me get this reviewed?
If you help me I always be thankful to you.

·1 year agoI think it's more then one issue that got you suspended.
You can't dropship from other sites like Amazon or any other retail sites.

Please post a screenshot of the BBE section in your CBT Seller Dashboard:
https://export.dashboard.ebay.com/
If the Item Not Received Rate section has a red or yellow icon beside it, then please post a screenshot of that as well.
Then scroll down to the Global Selling Performance and show us the graphs there, both for Global and for US.
