Account banned before creation was completed.
Good day all.
I tried to create a new business account to sell some things I am designing and 3D printing. After inputting my personal information, the loading page failed and said "We have encountered a problem on our end." Clicking the try again button gave me the same error message. I thought I could back up and try again from the previous page, but it took me back to the beginning. I logged in the the account, thinking I could update any necessary information in account settings, but instead I got a page saying my account had been blocked. I could click one of the links for different info, or check my eBay messages for details. But, anything account related I click on takes me back to the same page, and all the links on that page take me back to it also.
The information I gave relating to myself personally is correct, My personal eBay account is in good standing, and has never had a negative interaction with eBay employees. I finally found somewhere I could email a real person, fingers crossed, but am incredibly frustrated at this beginning to my eBay seller journey. Does anyone have an idea what might have happened here, or can maybe relate to this experience?
