Since we cannot see the deactivated account, can you cut and paste the full content of the message eBay sent you? (Please redact any personal info before publishing the message.) That may help us help you. What were you selling?

Are you referring to the account you are posting from? Have you tried to contact support? Try clicking on the help and connect button on the ebay main page, it will list the hours they are open. Ebay community does not subcribe you automatically to threads you create or threads you want to keep track of. Please click on the round icon in the upper right hand corner of your first post and click subscribe to be informed of replies
