Accept Offers of at least _% off
Hi there-
If I select "Accept Offers of at least _% off", and add the value off 20%, does that mean that an offer up to 20% off the listed price will be accepted? Or does that mean 20% of the listed price?
i.e. Listed $10.00
20% off is $2.00 bringing the purchase price to $8.00
-OR-
20% of $10 bringing the purchase price to $2.00
?????
All advice and info is welcomed! 🙂

·3 years agoIt would be 20% off the price of the item only. 20% off $10.00 is $2.00. Your buyer would save $2.00 on a $10.00 item.
If your item Buy it Now price is $10.00 you offer 20% off, the buyer would pay $8.00 plus shipping plus tax if applicable.
Does that clarify it for you?

I didn't want to give the same straightforward response you did without seeing a screenshot in case there was a typo in the original post.

·3 years agoHey @globalventuresofiris ! eBay has various listing tools and platforms across the app and the web, and offers can be set up in several ways from the listing form, to seller initiated (SIO), to responding to buyer initiated offers and more.
To offer the best advice it would help if you could let us know:
- Are you on the app or the website?
- Are you on the listing form or the seller initiated offer screen?
-Best yet: can you post a screenshot?
Here's a screenshot of the unified listing form, which is different from the quick listing form and different from the app:
On that page, offers are based on $ amount, not %. Minimum offer means anything below that number will be automatically declined. Auto-accept means anything matching that number (or above) will be automatically accepted.
Since you're discussing percents, you're probably on a different page, so if you could post a screenshot it will help to get you an accurate response to your question.
