I wouldn't say they're trending, as there are a lot of spices offered for sale on Ebay, especially from Sri Lanka. Most are over priced, so they sit for a while. Also most countries can get spices from where they live and shop at for much less. But they seem to be popular in your community.

In the US, most of us probably buy our spices at the grocery store. There are also online sellers --Penzy's comes to mind -- that offer an excellent selection of spices which would probably arrive to the buyer more quickly than those from SL.
Not trying to rain on your parade, just stating the facts as I see them.
Delivery is a fact. Some of our shipments get late due to poor services provided by the government. But I can see the spice products are premium quality due to our skilled farmers and climate.
