·2 years agoThe listing title, photo and description all say 400 pcs. In the description it says 400 (393).
I added it up and you have 393 pcs. You cannot advertise 400 pcs. Well, you can, and when the buyer receives 393 pcs they can file a claim and you'll be responsible for hefty international return ship costs and figuring out a way to get funds to the international buyer to pay that return shipping.
I suggest taking down that listing and starting fresh @lavishllc .

It appears you don't ship internationally, as we cannot see your listings. Have you signed on for managed payments to be paid? You just created your account today. If you haven't I would get that done. Chances are you cannot list because your payment account is not set up. That's why your listings are not showing. Get it done today.

I have added payment information, verified everything, added tax information etc, does it still not ship to you?

Finally showed up. I can buy Maybelline mascara here in the US for about $6.00/per at any store that sells make up. You're selling 6 tubes for almost $2,000? Don't expect to get many lookers. Your prices are unbelievably too high.

·2 years agoWell, this comment illustrates another hazard in the listing: Many potential buyers just don't read. The listing mentioned 400 pieces in both the title and gave the total and breakdown of brands right in the gallery image. That's about 25 cents per piece at the opening bid price, or 50 cents each at the BIN price.
Apparently the listing title and image need to somehow clarify the quantity available. Perhaps "400pcs" is too concise.

Yep, photos and description are a bit confusing. I wish them well regardless. Maybelline is the cheapest mascara made in my opinion. If they get the $99 for the starting price, they'll be lucky. Also, no expiration dates are posted. Mascara dries out quickly, even when it's sealed.

·2 years agoThe listing does show shipping to the US. In fact, if ONLY shows shipping to the US, but that might be because that's where I am located.
You might attract more interest if you list the brands in your title. As mentioned in another post, the market for a big random lot of mascara is limited. Revising the listing can re-set the indexing clock but you revised it just a few minutes ago, so one more update won't have much effect.
You cannot expect to have a lot of views in just the first few hours of a listing, even after it is indexed and showing up for all potential buyers. You have to be patient. In the long run, you might find that this particular lot should be offered as a fixed price listing rather than in auction format.

·2 years agoYou are shipping free to the US? Instead of stating that you are using freight (which may be why you can't set up international shipping) you should show that you are using either economy or standard shipping from outside the US. Keep in mind that the domestic section of the shipping page is always for shipping to the US.
To open your listing to other countries you may have to click on the two horizontal arrows to the right of the shipping section and turn on international shipping. Then add a service and cost which would be expedited, standard or economy international shipping. You might want to set up expedited or standard for Europe and economy for the rest of the world.
Have you checked to see what it is going to cost you to ship to other countries? I don't know what the shipping cost is from Sweden but it could be quite expensive so that is something you should know before you decide if you are going to have free shipping or not.
I can see your listing when I click on the link you provided but it still isn't showing to the general public in search. When I click on view listings under your name, there are no listings showing yet. I also suspect that a listing with that much quantity of mascara might take a while to sell so you might want to sell that at a fixed price in a good till cancelled listing rather than an auction.

·2 years agoHow long ago were they listed? It can take up to 24 hours for listings to show up, especially if it's a new seller.
Has ebay requested receipts and the source of the items or verification of your identity?

You need to sign up for and be approved for Managed Payments, so you can be paid.
It would suck if you sold them, but have no way to be paid.

·2 years agoYou need to wait it out. It can take 24 hours for a listing to index in search. If you revise the listing the clock may restart.
While longer index times are most common for new sellers, even well-established sellers that typically experience near instant indexing can see the longer indexing time depending what they're listing from item, to category, to key words, to price.

When you create a listing, your item should appear in eBay searches within 24 hours. To find it, search using keywords in your listing, and apply filters to narrow your results.

·2 years agoHi, You're on ebay.com, which is the US site. Your feedback page shows that you're registered in Sweden. So if you're looking on the US page, you just might not have international visibility because you are new.

OP2 years agoYes I've just set up the account, but I am looking to sell & ship worldwide. I wouldn't set up the account for Sweden only since there would be way less costuomers interested in this bid.

OP2 years agoI can ship world wide, although when revising my listing there is no option that allows me to set regions I ship to. But I will ship anywhere.
